The SBI is designed based on the following formula: CTPM = Content -> Traffic -> Presell -> Monetize.

1. Content = value, your information that will attract visitors.
2. Traffic = generated mainly by the content. This is very important. Without decent traffic, your last step, monetization, is not possible. More valuable content, build around specific keywords will generate more traffic.
3. Preselling = building a relationship with your visitors (so they will come back to see more of your site)
4. Monetization = different methods, such as adds, affiliate programs

To build the site you can use the Block Builder or upload your own HTML. The SBI package is $299 per year, including complete hosting as well as an extensive set of tools and training about generating web income. It is not an easy ride, nor a get-rich-quick scheme. It is a long term investment, very rewarding if it is well done. Many people prefer a jump start, getting help or even having the basic  site set up for them. Other prefer a few coaching sessions or help with specific items.
